Welcome to Refrmr. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Refrmr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use (support@refrmr.com)
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

4. Content Ownership & License

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to Refrmr. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and repurpose that content solely for providing the Service.

4.2 Repurposed Output

You own the repurposed content generated by the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the original content you submit does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You must not submit content that:

  • Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
  • Contains illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive material
  • Contains personally identifiable information of others without consent
  • Is intended to generate spam or malicious content

5. Subscription & Payment

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans
  • Payments are processed by Paddle; all transactions are handled through their secure platform
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@refrmr.com
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse free tier allocations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Refrmr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refrmr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
